You don't need to have your regular maintenance completed at any particular place as part of your warranty. However, you DO have to maintain records. Every oil change, every tire rotation, etc., you should keep the bill. This is one of the advantages of doing all your service at the same place. If you need a copy of an old bill for a warranty claim, they can go find it in their files for you if you're a long-time customer. Richard – No sir.
