On Wednesday March 25th, a few of New Zealand’s celebrities participated in the Hyundai Wheels of Courage in support of Child Cancer. The celebrities drive Hyundais on a one-day trip and compete to raise the most funds by selling child cancer beads to people along the way. The $10 bead bracelets represent the bravery beads each child cancer patient receives for enduring painful and intrusive treatments. Child Cancer Foundation Chief Executive, Neil Porteous, says “We’re thrilled to have so many high profile New Zealanders take part in the Hyundai Wheels of Courage Challenge.”
